What should I be experiencing

I had my first ever fresh double embryo transfer Wednesday and I’ve been having aches and slight cramps ever since I don’t know what I’m supposed to be feeling how my body’s supposed to be reacting and what I should be looking out for. My test date is the 21st of Feb and I just feel slightly out of my comfort zone with it all. Apologies if this seems random but I’ve been reading through and I’m totally ovwrwhelmed again

Hi Guinny01, unfortunately many symptoms could be period, pregnancy or the medication so there’s no way to know. Lots of women experience different symptoms on different cycles too. I had lots of symptoms from my fresh transfer in October but got a BFN, although I don’t think my cycle was timed properly. Currently 9dp5dt and a few aches but still a BFN. Feels very frustrating!

Good luck 💕
