Hello guys, it appears i have different symptoms every single day and increasing or getting worse. Today i am 10dpt and on 4dpt i had some spotting light pink brown that stopped on day 5pt. Progesterone on day of transfer was 105. Today i woke up and had some light pink blood on paper when i wiped that stopped as soon as i injected progesterone. I tested my progesterone yesterday and i just got the results that it has dropped to 50. I have some lower back pains as well today. Nothing more.
I did the cyclogest vaginally from friday when i had the spotting until sunday (before rectally) as i though it might be better but maybe it wasnt absorbed as i had a lot coming out. Could this be the reason for bleeding and lower progesterone? I am on 2 lubion injections and 2 Cyclogest but i am going to increase it to 3x cyclogest. Any thoughts? Is this the end? What does it mean? Would appreciate any advice previous experience.

I started spotting day 10, at first only when i wiped, then some on pad and now i have full af type cramps and red blood. Im out..
I think the pessaries werent absorbing properly but I didnt have my progesterone checked..
i would say make sure you lay down after pessaries for an hour atleast.. if u take one during day.. i was taking one in afternoon and managing only 30 mins if laying down.. maybe thats where i went wrong..
Hopefully a little spotting is nothing to worry about..my clinic kept saying its fairly normal.
Hello, thank you so much for getting back to me. I am so so sorry for how things are for you. Did you try increasing the progesterone dose a bit?i am doing the pessaries rectally to absorb better as vaginally it appeared that a lot was lost! My clinic also said that its normal but again its second bleed in 6 days (had spotting on day 4)! My progesterone levels went down (from 104 to 50) but still seem to be within acceptable range. OTD is Monday. I am devastAted but hoping for a miracle. Thanks again honestly. Did you test?
Many ivf clinics only want a level of 50 so I don't think you have anything to worry about. I've recently learned that progesterone often goes up and down and the reading also depends when you take your blood test. It is also totally normal to have a bit of spotting and often it isn't connected to progesterone levels. But you can always call your clinic to ask if you should increase your dose. Good luck! Xxx
Thank youu! I tested at the same time as before embryo transfer. Clinic suggested to iincrease my dose to three cyclogest from two and 2 x lubion. I asked about switching to intramuscular injections but they said that they are not using those. This is second bleed however (had spotting on day 4 as well). Hopefully its nothing serious but i am not feeling very hopeful. Honestly thank you for your post. How are you doing? Did you increase your progesterone dose? Is all well? I was seen your previous posts and i get your worry so so much
I'm so sorry to hear this. Bleeding and spotting is so horrible during the TWW. Did you contact your clinic and ask about your progesterone. My clinic always denied progesterone could be an issue until I tested myself. Is there any way you can get tested? It's useful information if you get your BFP now but especially if you do further treatment later on? Take care xxx
Bleh unhelpful- it's exactly what my clinic used to tell me. Even when I got my results I had to argue with them and highlight that there is plenty of research that suggests that low levels of progesterone are not good. You can't be sure that the bleeding is caused by low progesterone unless you test. This is why I mentioned testing. In the past I even tried my GP who was really not helpful but you may have more luck. Do you have endometriosis or spotting in your regular cycles? I have read stories where even after a week of bleeding women still got their BFP. Take care and hang in there xxx
Its so hard when you know about progesterone but they just dont want to check. With my gp il have no chance 😞 thank you for your encouragement, I thought i was balancing my expectations but if I was then I wouldn’t feel this devastated! Il do my best hun thanks again for sharing your knowledge xx
I hope it works out for you honestly. If your bleeding its not a lot maybe its just ok? Or maybe asked your clinic to increase your cyclogest to 3 per day. It appears a lot of people are on this dose. Best of luckand i am hoping for you.
I'm so tired about reading about progesterone- honestly there is nothing left of the web I haven't read 😩 I increased my dose to 2 Lubions and 2 Cyclogests but my levels must still be way below yours as they were previously only 23.5. I'm finding myself extra anxious and depressed and I'm wondering if this is due to having slightly higher levels of progesterone. In a normal cycle my peak of progesterone is usually the time I'm feeling most miserable. I've been reading about how cortisol steals progesterone and now I'm feeling stressed because I'm stressed and probably further reducing my levels 🤦♀️ I'm hopeless 😂
Usually by this stage of TWW I will have been bleeding from 4DP which doesn't stop until my period. From what I have read- this is usually an indication of low progesterone- once you start bleeding you don't stop. If you only have bit of spotting I think it is more likely that your womb is working hard to accommodate your little embryo.
I'm really not feeling hopeful as I don't really have the symptoms I had with my first very early MC. My test is on Monday and I'm planning to cry and drink a bottle of wine.
I completely feel you and agree with you! I think however your levels might have increased considerably as you increased your dose guide a lot. Even one pessarie might do the trick. Since you dont have any bleeding i think you should be very positive!!! I am for you! My husband wants me to do a pregnancy test but i dont want to as i will have to continue with medication until Monday. I have lower back pains now but no more bleeding but i had my second pessarie at 11:00.
I'm with you on not testing early. Although a positive would be amazing. There is nothing worse than having to take all the medication with the knowledge that it's completely pointless but also not daring to stop because the clinic says- well you never know...

An update:i had no further bleeding yesterday. Last night i had terrible lower back pain and i was checking for blood but nothing. This morning i had very light bright pink on the paper. This was after 9 hours of the last dose of progesterone. I am thinking that my levels go down after 9 hours as peak is 6-8 h? I tested my progesterone today again but i did it after i did the lubion and cyclogest as the clinic called me to say that i could do the test!
Progesterone was 190. But this is not accurate as it was 2 hours after taking the meds. Maybe levels go way down to below 50 and hence the bleeding? And its the only thing that stops bleeding progesterone? Does that mean i have my AF?
I just wanted to give a final update. I tested today 13dpt and it was negative. The bleeding/spotting was on and off since 10dpt and was really spotting. Last night I had red spots but nothing more. Despite this all my tests were negative this morning. Best of luck to all of you

I did a private hcg blood test and my level at 14dpt is 7 IU/L coming back as equivocal. I am so tired with all of this. The clinic suggested to test again in two days and continue the meds. I know that this is pointless as i still have bleeding. Its just prolonging my misery.
Hi, the result was negative as it was 14 days after transfer and the pregnancy wasnt viable. I had bleeding for 12 more days after my AF. Apparently there was implantation but dont really know the reason for not progressing maybe progesterone or something else. Unfortunately this wasnt successful.
