On my last transfer which lead to a chemical I was taking 2x Cyclogest 400mg - 12 hours apart... started the evening of 6 days before FET...
I also started on 3x Progynova 2mg but was worked up to 5x 2mg before transfer...

Sorry to hear about your chemical. It is a heartbreaking experience.
My two transfers to date both ended in chemicals. First one I was just on the Cyclogest pessaries and bled the day before OTD. Second one, they included Lubion progesterone injections on top of the pessaries. This appeared to help as I didn’t bleed. Got my BFP on OTD but the lines had faded to nothing a week later. I couldn’t believe it.
Now in the 2WW for transfer #3. This time I am on the pessaries, Prontogest intramuscular injections every other day, Clexane blood thinning injections every day and baby aspirin every day. I haven’t had tests done but they are assuming I might have ‘sticky blood’ which is causing the recurrent miscarriage. Or it could simply be that the embryos were not chromosomally normal and I’m doing all this for nothing!! Still, worth a shot!
I hope you get your happy ending soon. Look after yourself xxx
Hey Libzy, did you have your progesterone levels checked on the day of transfer? Might be worth asking them to check this so if it’s a bit low they could increase it (this happened to me so I added lubion injections from day after transfer) I think to know for sure re your ideal length of time on progesterone you’d probably have to do an ERA. How thick was your lining? If your lining was thick enough for your previous transfer then I don’t think upping progynova will help xxx
I agree with Peanutchips. If they haven’t already done so, maybe check your progesterone levels at the time of transfer? I am also on Clexane and 3 Cyclogest pessaries daily. If you do get Clexane, it’s worth it to shop around a bit as some pharmacies have a huge markup on the cost. Best of luck for this upcoming transfer!!!
