FET Donor egg transfer medication

Hi all I've just started my medication for FET, I'm taking 2mg 3 times a day progynova untill womb thickens ,75mg of baby aspirin and will start progesterone pessaries 4 days before transfer. What was everyone else's medication like. Mine seems quite basic is this normal I'm also 45yrs old

I also took 2mg progynova 3 times a day and then I started Lubion injections 5 days before. I was concerned about my progesterone levels and had a blood test which showed that my levels had dropped. So now I’m on the progynova, Lubion injections and also cyclogest pessaries twice a day.

If you are concerned, speak to your clinic. I’m so glad that I did.

Thanks for the reply I did check with my clinic about progesterone and they said that with the dates it should be fine. I guess I'll have to trust they know what they are doing

Hello, I started Progynova 3 x 2mg per day on Sunday for a cycle with frozen donor eggs so looks like we're at a similar stage. I haven't been given aspirin but have Cyclogest progesterone pessaries to start taking after scan on day 12 (hopefully - some question marks around my lining but fingers crossed). I guess we need much less medication as our wonderful egg donors have done so much of the 'work' for us ❤️ sending you lots of luck!! xx

Thanks for the reply, I've started the progynova and my period seems to be very heavy. Do you know if that's normal? Good luck with your treatment x

I'm not sure if the Progynova would affect your current period as the lining you're shedding would have been built up over previous cycle, but I might have that completely wrong! Thanks for good luck wishes x

I am in similar situation - 43 doing FET. We'll be transferring Day3 embryo - do you know how many days of progesterone support is needed before the transfer? 3 or 4 or 5

Ours is a day 3 aswell 8 cell grade 1, 4 days before transfer I start progesterone

I was on

1. Esfrofem 2mg from Day 2 of my period - 4 tablets until day of transfer, then 5 tablets after transfer.

2. Progestan Dex (injection), until my pregnancy test.

3. Prograf 1mg : 2 tablet daily from egg collection day, until my pregnancy test

4. Progestan 200mg pessary: 2 per day until 12 weeks

5. Enox /Clexane 40mg from transfer date to 12 weeks
