Hi there Qido. What I did personally was I drank raspberry leaf tea and this was twice a day.
Do remember to stop drinking this a 4-5 days prior to transfer as it could trigger uterine contractions.
I was already on small dose aspirin prescribed by my specialist so taking vit E supplements in my case was not recommended. Please check with your doctor if it’s ok for you to take if you would like.
I also did fertility yoga twice everyday. You can watch the video on YouTube. The title is called “fertility yoga to thicken uterine lining” by Bettina Rae. Helps promote circulation to the uterus as well as relax the body and mind as it can be stressful time.
thank you... i will start yoga start today.. the raspberry leat tea i drank since i start took the tablet beside try to make juice pomegranate, beetroot and pineapple once a day..
probably the blood circulation is not good enough so can’t thick fast like other.
Hi, if you go to my profile, I posted a question about this recently and got a lot of helpful answers from this community.
In my most recent transfer cycle (the previous two being cancelled due to a thin lining), I also started taking 40mg Clexane injections. Not sure if it helped per se, as I only got to 6.3mm but the lining was healthy and triliminar so my clinic decided to proceed anyway. I have a friend who swears it was Clexane that helped her thin lining.
A couple times before my transfer and the night before my transfer, I did vaginal steaming with special herbs, which apparently helps to increase the blood circulation to the uterus. It’s not based on any western medical science but apart from the clexane, it was the only thing I did differently.
Also, some women’s linings grow a bit more once you introduce the progesterone into your treatment plan pre transfer. Mine surprisingly grew to 8 by the day of transfer and the clinic said it wasn’t unusual.
The most important thing though is that the lining is triliminar, so if you can’t seem to get to the holy grail of 7, don’t lose hope and give it a shot anyway.
i will go to your profile now.. as now i’m already took baby aspirin, drink more raspberry leaf tea, and try to buy pomegranate, beetroot and pineapple as run out... and already try the yoga too.. honestly having 4 cancelled fet is make me anxious more than will get another cancellation. fresh cycle and fet failed.. lost embryos on boths..
having responded from you and other in this group make me a bit positive and keep have faith that i can do this and i can have baby soon too like others.
You’re welcome. I know the feeling of coming so far, only to be hindered by yet another thing. It’s incredibly frustrating! I spent years trying to get my lining to thicken!!
i hope so.. coz im on 14 days progynova with 1 week 4 tablet, then next on 5 tablet... it just counted as 5 mm. same like last whole year on 2019. but the best on this is year no fluids. last year thin and fluids all the times used any kind medication. so the clipped tubes worked to make sure no fluids... i just need to try thicker now the issue...
pfuh..
hopefully it will works and have transfer soon in end of january or early feb...
finger crossed...
i’m in the edge have faith and mental breakdown at moment... in really thin ice 🥺🥺god please help me 🙏🏻
