I had my FET yesterday and just wondering what everyone drunk/ate over the next two weeks....... I know that fresh fruit, veg, nuts etc are all good.... especially the pineapple core but I just don’t know if I can just drink water....... 🥲 x

Just eat a well balanced, healthy diet I would say! Take your folic acid/vitamin D supplements. I also take some omega 3, I eat fish, but not enough. And keep hydrated 😇 I mainly just had water and one cup of decaf coffee a day. But also tried a bit of pomegranate juice - found it quite tasty! But not having too much of that as I don’t like juices re my teeth 😇
Others may have altered their diet more, but I just kept it normal, but with added vegetables and less sugar/sweets.
I think just having a normal well-balanced diet is good. Have herbal teas, bone broth, soups. All the warming kinds of food. Rest and relax and think positive thoughts. You’ve got this!!
