How on earth do you all cope with the TWW? We are only 4 days in to ours and just want to know our outcome.
Im so emotional (nothing new there 🙈 I’m sure the meds have a lot to answer for that too though) I keep shifting from - “this could be our rainbow” to “its never going to work on our first transfer”
I have lots of things planned in but can’t stop myself from thinking about it. I can’t concentrate at work and find myself tuning in to every little twitch my body makes 😩
I won’t test early as I want to know our result is real at the time we test but I’m finding the waiting game so difficult.

Hey fluffysocks, it really is the worst bit isn't it...all the way through you think you're going through the worst. I would say the first week for me I felt quite good as I felt full of hope the 2nd week was when I deteriorated with signs of period etc, going back to work helped to keep busy.
I thought it would be a good idea to make a journal of everything I'm feeling but it's not for everybody. I would definitely not google, as I was terrible for this. Trying to symptom spot everything.
Just try and keep calm, use mindful apps or anything you like to do to chill, and keep busy and try and keep positive, you're doing amazing. Good luck xxx
I feel you ! I am 5 days in and just want to know because to think that im not and im having this hope is killing me a bit. Then i also think even if it is negative i will atleast know and move on. Not much help im afraid. What helps is being kind to ur self. I do some grocery shopping or just go out for a bit and spoil my self with something small. Hang in there !! All the best xx
Oh it’s awful but you are doing the right thing! Keep busy and DO NOT test early. I sorely regret it.
It can happen on your first go. Everyone’s cycle is different. There is nothing to suggest it won’t happen. You need to keep the faith and the hope that it will.
Hi hun I’m on the same boat . I had my transfer on Tuesday .
It’s so hard not to think specially when I had different 2ww when I had my baby ....and last year I had another 2 2ww different....so it’s really hard to stay this time without thinking...
I tested everyday even though it’s advised not to but I think that’s how I coped. I wouldn’t have been able to wait till test day without ant inkling of the outcome. I have been very lucky and got a bfp on my first round which I never thought would happen. I tested from 4 days past and got negatives until 6 days past. For me that’s how I coped because when I first got the negatives even though I knew it was too early if the result would t have changed I’d of felt a little prepared for a negative on otd. Yes this forum is great isn’t it. As well as a huge support as people know what you’re going through, also learn a lot which makes the appts easier as you understand a bit more xx
It can happen dear, I got my BFP on my 1st attempt, my Son will be 2 years in few months time, my 2nd circle failed last December, my 3rd circle was on Jan 14th, got another BFP , am almost 8 to 9 weeks gone,
Do what you like most, don't test early it will not help you rather it will increase your worry,
This time next week i will just be starting the TTW and you will almost be at the finishing line. Did you have any time off to rest or did you just go back to normal? X
