Is anyone 45 here and doing ivf? I just did ivf again this time my 10th attempt. I got 5 embryos and they put 3 in my uterus 2 days ago. Im on duphaston pills twice a day and crynone twice a day. I thought last time would be my last but i had to give it another shot. Anyone got any advice how to make one of these embryos implant? I need some hope . Any over 43's got pregnant?

I have no advice but I wanted to tell that you are a very brave and strong woman 💪 I hope you will have a positive outcome 🤞❤️🤗 take care and enjoy you are a PUPO🎉🎊
I am 46 and 4dp5dt tomorrow. Full disclosure, we used donor eggs. Might I suggest PGT analysis of your embryos. Although we used a donor, we still chose to do PGT in an attempt to transfer an embryo with really good implantation potential. I’m still very worried though because of the endometrial side of things. But, very hopeful that we can “pull this off.” Hopefully, one of your precious embryos will implant this time and you won’t have to worry about it. Hang in there and best of luck...this wait is very hard! Quick question, I’ve been having waves of nausea...my heart wants it to be a pregnancy, but of course it may be the meds. I didn’t have it until after the transfer though-really bad last night. Have you ever had this issue with your meds?
I did at 42. Had my twins at 43.but this was d.e. your very strong to go through 10 attempts. 4 was enough for me. Wish you lots of luck. Xx
Sending you good vibes and growing energy. I was 45 when I had my beautiful boy and am waiting to celebrate his 1st birthday next week.
I used my own eggs. Wanted to give it a shot before going down the donor route
I’m 43. I tried 3 cycles no success.. but when it fails I start to think about next cycle 🤪 have u done pgd testing? How’s grading of your embryos? To give u hope my friend got her boy at 46.
Hope it works xx
My colleague got pregnant through Ivf at 52. Sending you positive vibes and wishing you lots of luck x
I am 43, was 42 when we got pregnant but we were using donor eggs so Im not sure if that's much help to you. Best of luck.xx
Hey. I am 42 (I will be 43 when I have her) and 16 weeks pregnant with my own eggs and first IVF cycle. I know we are extremely lucky for this to happen. I have a few friends going through similar issues and I just keep saying it only takes 1 egg!!
Best of luck to your 3 embryos xx
You are a strong , brave woman. I pray this cycle turns to positive for you . I am 41 and I have had 4 failed ivf cycles. Planning on DE or adoption right now, but while waiting I decided to do a 5 th cycle that produced 6 eggs and ended up with 2 embryos on Tuesday. Waiting to transfer on Sunday and praying for it to be positive as well
Did you transfer 3 x 10 cycles embryos = 30 already? then, maybe worth checking if you have any immune issues/endometriosis/adenomyosis. I am not a doc but I read for our age 12 transfers before success would be the odds. So for a number largely over 12, maybe the problem is not the embryo but the implantation
Hey hon . Def no endemetriosus or any other problems i checked it all. 2 attempts never made it to embryo transfer disaster with the sperm and egg. So really its 8 times. 3 times x3 1 time x2 and 2 transfers of 1 so 13 embryos so far.... hopefully this time is it! Wow i never counted them all before. Thanks!
I hope it works out for you. Keep me updated. I am in a similar boat. I am soon 44 and have had a succession of failed cycles due to failed fertilisation. No transfer yet. By 13, you are close to the odds, so maybe this is your time. XX
Hi, I need some more inspiration of >43 still trying. How did your recent cycle go?
I am 43 and will be 44 still trying. I have had one BFN from a cycle I started when I was 42. I have just completed a multi cycle package of embryo banking. I have 3 blastocysts on ice and am currently assessing my options.
All the best with your journey 🙏🏾
Try pomegranate juice and avocado and green fresh juice. I wish you all that ypu wish yourself. Praying for you. x
Advice to make it implant, don't do anything strenuous, take it easy. Try and relax and do things that you enjoy. Drink lots of water. Watch comedies anything that is going to make you laugh and smile. Be positive and do a little bit of visualisation every day of your embryo implanting and growing. Picture holding your baby and imagine how you would feel. My fertility coach on youtube has a visualisation which I used to do everyday. I am 45 and 28wks pregnant. Good luck!
I did 3 rounds of ICSI
