Originally was having a fresh transfer then was told we would be having FET I was ok at first but reading up it seems so long away and a long process ☹️I hate not knowing

Hi Hells,It’s tough isn’t it? My clinic wouldn’t let me book my FET until my OHSS has settled down, I’m going back to work today after 4 weeks off - so finally getting back to some sort of normality. And now my mood has plummeted they are not sure we should go ahead yet, even though I’m sure I wouldn’t be so low if I didn’t have to wait for what seems like so long. Others seem to be able to book in their FET to start from their first normal period post EC... keep the faith! Why not ring your clinic and speak to them? Feel free to PM any time. Hope you don’t have to wait too long.x

Hey I was in the same boat and me and phoebe ended up in a similar position too. My fresh transfer was cancelled when I woke up from my egg collection and was told it would be a freeze all. Best decision ever as it turned out because I then spent 10 days in hospital really poorly with ohss. That was in august and i did start a natural FET in October which felt quite quick to be honest! It got cancelled but that was my stupid body’s fault but it shows how quick it can be! I finally had my FET 9 days ago (I don’t think it’s worked as stupidly tested early and BFN) but the time will come just use it to rest and enjoy not being drugged up to the eyeballs!! X

I'm in the same boat. Totally sucks and gets me down too. You're not alone. We started the process in August, treatment began in October. If all had gone to plan i might have been pregnant by now. Now it's gonna be Feb before I will know if it's worked.

Waiting and sitting with not knowing is so hard when you've likely been waiting years. Xx
