Feeling hot post FET, temperature during pregnancy?

Ladies, I need your help.

I’ve been feeling hot occasionally ever since my FET. However, my morning sickness kicked in yesterday (6weeks 2days) really bad, and I spent whole evening unable to eat anything and almost puking with nausea.. my body felt extremely hot as well.. my digital thermometer (oral) says I’m 37.2 but another thermometer (ear) is saying I’m anything between 37.5-37.7!! Is this fever? My normal temperature before pregnancy was around 36.5...I don’t have any other symptoms of flu or cold.. just feeling light headed.. super worried as fever is harmful to baby and now wondering whether I have any infection of some kind? Also doesn’t help we are in the middle of this stupid covid pandemic - although I don’t think I have it because it’s not the first time I felt hot.. I just never monitored my temperature..

did anyone measure your temperature during pregnancy and if yes, what did you get?

Hi there I don't think this is a fever. Im thinking it's still a touch of the false menopause. If anything maybe your progesterone is causing the flushes. I think all will be OK but maybe call your clinic it could be a tiny tummy bug so if your still taking any meds they may need adjusting but hopefully you will be OK xxx sending you positive thoughts xx

I'm 27 weeks pregnant and my temperature is 36.9. Before when I was 20 weeks I'm usually between 36.5 to 36.6. Just check with your doctor so you can calm your nerves.

All ladies that monitored their temperature for ttc will know that after ovulation temperature rise due to progesterone. When pregnant temperature rises further and some ladies get really close to feverish temperatures. During my naturally conceived pregnany I was really hot and sweaty too, so much that I wanted to sleep with the aircon on while my partner was shivering under a doona. Also during my mmc I was very hot until things went wrong. Pregnancy hormones make you feel extra warm. Don’t worry!
