Backaches during early pregnancy

OTD today and I got BFP I was naughty tested Sunday got 1-2 weeks on clear blue I tested today it says 2-3 weeks

Since Monday my back has been aching like I have been working but I have been off work due to having treatment.

Please can anyone tell me if aching backs are normal early pregnancy x

Hi Vanessa. Well done with your BFP. If you are using progesterone pessaries it could be a side effect from those. Make sure you are drinking plenty of water, just in case you are developing an infection. Have a chat with your GP if it persists. Good luck! Diane

Hi Diane thank you, still can’t believe it my self. ❤️I’ll see how it goes am just worried it’s a sign of something bad I read on line it can be hormones and yes am taking the pessarys too.

Congratulations! I got my BFP on Sunday too!! Had some mild lower back pain today, so I'm 100% with you feeling anxious! I stopped my pessary yesterday, so maybe it's just my body settling! Xx

Congratulations 🥳 xx It’s nerve wrecking isn’t it. I have took paracetamol and using a hot water bottle. Do you have any other symptoms I feel fine other wise xx

I feel completely fine, just a bit more tired than usual! I didn't have many symptoms throughout my 2ww either, other than the tiredness, and a few cramps around day 3/4.

I'm still very much in shock 😃 xx

I am in complete shock I don’t believe it’s happening xx Once we have our scans we will believe it.

I have had period pains since transfer really so I was completely convinced it hadn’t worked but what miracle it’s worked am so happy for us ❤️❤️ Xx

I'm so pleased it's worked for us too!! My scan isn't until the 18th May which feels like a lifetime away!! I think I'll find waiting for that harder than waiting to test. 😂

Mines 19th xx But I have been really impatient and booked a private scan on 12th at 6 weeks 🤣 I need to see it’s really there the waiting is so hard!! All I have seemed to do is wait wait wait ha which clinic are you at xx
