Hey all. So I started my day one of buserelin injections yesterday (first of 32 to do) ready for a frozen embryo Transfer š¤š¼Christmas week. I had. A chemical in august from my first ever round. Now I am petrified of doing this round. My partner had to persuade me into starting the jabs last night as I am dreading the outcome. The jabbing is fine, I canāt handle the thought of going through another possible chemical. I canāt envision me taking a test etc which also worries me as I know there are a few things that can stop us from moving forward. And the clinic we are using have been useless throughout.
Sorry for the Monday morning downer just feel like I have no one to talk to as I donāt want anyone know we are doing it again.

Aww Iām so sorry youāre feeling like this Claire. If it helps, I totally understand where you are coming from. I have such anxiety to test and see another BFN and it makes me so nervous but the thought of it working and being successful and having a baby just gets me through this crap process!
Iāve not had a chemical so canāt imagine how it must feel for you but youāre definitely not alone. Have you tried mindful ivf? I find it helps although donāt do it everyday but only when Iām feeling particularly anxious.
Wishing you lots of luck for this upcoming cycle, youāre strong for getting through this xxx
Hi Claire, just wanted to send some hugs. I havenāt got as far as a transfer yet (despite this being my fourth protocol and having plenty of Frosties!) but am on an FET cycle now and should be transferring at the end of the month. I have had a chemical before I started treatment and understand how much worse it would be when you have gone through treatment to only get that far. I do identify a little with having little faith in the process or the clinic as I have been through this myself since I started the drugs in May and how this can impact on your feelings about your current cycle and negative feelings towards the outcome. Please feel feee to PM me if you want a chat at any time. Just take things a day at a time is the best advice someone gave to me x
