I’m feeling so worried now that I don’t think my line is getting darker
Just seems like it’s been the same for the past three days. All test taken in the morning between 4am- 7am. I have my first HCG blood test on Thursday but really got this gut feeling this may end up another biochemical. Surely the line should be darker that what it is at this stage…

Best to use most concentrated urine sample of the day ie 1st pee This is a stressful time so might be an idea to stop testing and wait for blood test Thursday Remember to take any meds you were given as directed
hey it takes 48 hours to have a jump so I’d leave it a little while. I can see the progression though. All it takes is a dodgy test and your mind takes off, I had a faded test with my one year old!
hi, the progression looks good to me. My lines were very similar on these types of test and my HCG was 1035 at 12dp5dt even though the test line was not as dark as the control 🤷🏻♀️
Home pregnancy tests can sometimes vary in their darkness for many reasons, including the concentration of your urine and the sensitivity of the test itself. The best way to get an accurate picture of your HCG levels is indeed through the blood test you have scheduled for Thursday. In the meantime, try to take care of yourself and stay hopeful. Sending you lots of positive thoughts and strength. Hang in there, and I hope you get reassuring news very soon. x
I think it might just be these strip tests they aren’t really designed for progression past a certain point just ‘pregnant’ but I can see the early progression and it’s defo not going backwards so those are all good signs 🤗 good luck! Xx
JB124, best wait for the HCG blood test. I only ever took one home pregnancy test after my 4th transfer and the line wasn’t as merely as dark as some of yours. Still the test was as positive as they get and I am 25 weeks pregnant now. Please have faith and try to hold off taking any more home pregnancy tests until the HCG one. Sending you lots of positive thoughts and baby dust! Good luck x
I’ve seen lots of posts where “line progression” has caused more stress than actually helped, so I didn’t test after my strong positive - which was on parr with yours. I found repeated HCG bloods helped to see it rising. Though I was lucky I could get them in NHS.
I'm so sorry to see this - and also really surprised - those tests looked strong - especially the FRER one - are they asking you to wait and retest? Sending love xx
