I’m 9dp5dt and have had some really severe cramping tonight, last night and a few nights ago. It only lasted 10-20 mins each time, but was so severe tonight that I felt sick and had chills. I have taken two paracetamol and a shower and that seems to fix it.
I’m on progesterone pessaries and injections twice a day and know that cramping is normal. Is intense cramping normal in the 2WW?
Thanks in advance!

Hi Mollymook, I'm 10dp5dt and my OTD is tomorrow. I had cramping like you described from about 5dp and they were pretty intense at times. I've had nothing today though. Not sure if it's a good or bad sign at present 🤷 When are you testing? X
Thanks so much for responding! I’m not supposed to test until next Sunday, which feels an age away. I’m tempted to test over the next few days as 16 days from transfer is so long.
Please let me know how you go tomorrow. Wishing you luck x
Hi Mollymook. This can often happen following any transfer, following manipulation. Rest when you cn and drink some extra water in case your ovaries are still a bit active. Keep an eye on your urine output, just in case you may be developing a urine infection. Hope all is soon settled. Diane
