Cramping bad 3 days post transfer :(

Has anyone had a bfp with some pretty bad cramping? I had our one 5 day blasto transferred on Saturday and now I pretty much have constant cramping like my period is coming. Has anyone had this and it’s been positive? Or should I start to get my head around the fact that my periods coming- because that’s what it feels like

I had a 5 day blasto transferred too and I had the worst cramps for a few days after the transfer but try to stay positive as mind was successful ! I have everything crossed for you 🤞

Thank you for your reply- darn hormones just made me cry when I read it! I’ve been trying to stay positive but it’s getting harder to ignore the cramps. Fingers crossed and congratulations!xx

It really is the hardest thing worrying, panicking and trying to stay positive! My partner was also in a bit of a state as he could see I was in pain and was so worried but turns out all was ok ! I was so convinced it wasn’t! Progesterone can also cause cramps too! When is your otd? X

Not for another 8 long days..Last time I started my period before the test date which is why this feels stressful, because it feels like deja-vu!

I’ve never had a BFP so not sure how it feels! Everyone’s symptoms are different though.

Hi Sausage, I'm going through the same! I had my 5 day Transfer on Sunday & had really horrible cramping allllll night last night!

It's eased up this morning so far but have a feeling it won't be the last of it!

It's just so worrying!

Hi Joanna! Mines pretty much constant now, so hard to ignore and try and stay positive, but I’m trying. Progesterone is giving me a poorly tummy too🙈 Everything crossed for you xx

I know what you mean. Try to do something to make you laugh, get them endorphins up - watch a comedy or something!

Same about the progesterone, I've done from a little constipated to "going" a couple of times a day the last few days. Eurgh! sorry for the TMI! lol x

I’m 3dp 5dt today too with two blasts on board. This is my 5th transfer. I have experienced occasional strong cramps in my ovaries, sometimes they’ve stopped me in my tracks, but no af type cramping. I’m sure my ovary pain (which has died off now) is due to things recovering from EC as I had 19 eggs collected last Monday. I’ve had two bfps of those four previous transfers and I did experience af cramping on both towards the end of the tww, but no af cramping on the bfns. However, in my experience, 3dp 5dt is too early to determine anything. It could go either way at this stage xx

Me.... I had bad cramping from 3dp5dt this cycle and got a bfp, so I def think it’s a good sign!

Congratulations! I hope it’s a good sign, although last time I got these cramps and af appeared before my test date. Hard not to think the same is happening!xx
