Cramping as soon as transfer is done

I had my embryos (2) transferred on Tuesday and I’ve had on and off cramping every since . The first night the back pain had me up most of the night. I’m so confused I had very good embryos transferred and I hope they took. Pls someone give me some insight .

Cramping can happen. Try not to worry too much, hopefully it's just those embryos settling in and getting comfy....implantation! Good luck.xx

I saw some spotting the night after my transfer and back pain like pulling with the cramping on and off . I repeat this to say I had my transfer just Thursday not Tuesday 9/24/20 . Are your suggestions still the same . My embryos where 5d.

Everyone is different so its difficult to say! It absolutely could be implantation. It's really hard not to over analyse every twinge....we all do it!!xxx

Hah those Exact symptoms and now I'm 19+4. Every woman is different, it can be a good sign
