I’ll just pop it on here - I was trying to be discrete to not promote anywhere, but then again these places have all been mentioned on posts before. I’ve found the website iHerb the best for dhea, like JenRoy says. The brand MRM has been good for me and is reasonable and is micronized. I tend to order 3 months supply at a time in bottles of 25mg. Lots of people seem to mention biovea but that isn’t micronized and is more expensive.

Ubiquonol I get from amazon and buy the brand Health Thru Nutrition. They are the best value for the high dose capsules - I tend to take a 300mg capsule daily but have had times when I’ve taken it twice a day for a decent stretch, with low reserves or low egg quality higher doses are often recommended.

I used iHerb website. It arrived quickly. Micronised DHEA is best. It was very reasonably priced x
