Vitamins during fet cycle.

What vitamins should I be taking during my FET cycle. I’m taking pre conception vitamin and folic acid at the moment. But looking at coq 10. (I took this for egg quality and got mixed reviews for transfer?) I have also just ordered vitamin D supplements....

If you may need more than one cycle I'd continue with the CoQ10 as ideally need to take for 3 months. Ubiquinol is a lot more expensive, but is meant to be better absorbed. Good luck. This could be your time hopefully x
