Taking Progynova

So this might be a stupid question but I take my progynova 3 times a day at a set time, I have an alarm set for it. The clocks go forward tomorrow do I need to change the time of my dosage, does it matter? I had FET on Thursday and don’t want to mess it up by panicking about something like this. Thanks 🙏

I am in exact situation as you but I have my transfer on Monday. I will not change my time when I am taking medications first of all because my clinic calculates the hours since I started to take first progesterone pessaries and second of all because I need to take my progesterone 2 hrs before my transfer so the time of taking medications will change anyway. Don't stress too much because of that. Good luck with your transfer 🤞❤️

I have the same situation and have decided to just stick to the time and ignore the clocks going back. I also have my transfer Monday. Wishing you all the best.

Me too but second transfer for me this time so half aware of what's to come. My first was a fresh transfer but sadly ended in a chemical. I got a positive then 2 days later it was all over. Such a rollercoaster of feeling.

Im doing 2 frozen tomorrow. How about you?

I am really sorry for your loss. This will be my 3rd transfer but first FET. I had 2 fresh transfers in the past and both ended in biochemical pregnancys. I decided to transfer only one embryo as it is PGS tested. I am so sooo scared, I could barely sleep last night 😬😤🤯

Hope you are coping better than me 😊

oh so sorry to hear your experience, sending lots of strength to you.

I understand... I woke up in a sweat last night, had a dream that I had my period today and all was lost didn't even get to transfer. Our minds are playing with us! Do your best to relax, easier said than done, in know. Do what you enjoy, think in you for the next few days, keep distracted, I've taken over the kitchen baking to distract me today 😋. Will be thinking in you, message me at anytime, even for a chat, we can distract each other. 😊 💪🏼💪🏼

It’s doesn’t matter with progynova, as long as you take it roughly the same time each day an hour here or there won’t make a difference. I changed the time of mine from morning to afternoon at one point as it was making my morning sickness even worse xx

I decided to stick to the same time, one hour difference with progynova wont affect. Wish you all the best x
