Has anyone found a good treatment to increase the uterus lining? Also has anyone tried therapeutic ultrasound to increase circulation? Thanks

Hey there 👋

In past transfers I was struggling to get to 8mm always got to around 7.1. So I worked really hard this time to get it as thick and healthy as possible. And for the first time ever I got a lining over 8mm and first time to ever get a BFP 💕

In my FET round once my period had stopped I started to drink 2 cups of raspberry leaf tea,.. you will get this in health shop. I saw loads of girls recommend this and always got good results. I also used a hot water bottle on my tummy every evening up until transfer. Another thing I did this time was used the castor oil pack. I really believed this worked. I used it every 3rd day up until transfer. I also took vitamin e up until transfer day too and acupuncture once a wk

Good luck, hope some of this helps XX

Oh that’s brilliant! Congratulations. Thankyou so much for replying and your advice. It’s for my daughter - she’s had two failed attempts and can’t seem to get the lining to 8mm. I’ll pass all your information on to her - fingers crossed for next time 🤞xx

Oh I wish her the very best of luck. Sorry to hear of her previous failed attempts. I also had failed transfers... 6 failed in total.

I believe it was down to not having a thick enough lining and also I did an ERA/ Alice/ Emma test. I would highly recommend this, I found out that my uterus was not receptive on day 5 for transfer that I actually needed an extra day of progesterone, that it was infact receptive on day 6. They could tell me that I needed exactly 132 hrs of progesterone before transfer. This was along with thicker lining another game changer for us.

You will see on this that a lot of girls with implantation failures went and had this ERA test done and also went on to have success.

Oh and last piece of advice make sure she is getting enough progesterone. Request her clinic to test it about two day’s before her transfer .

Hope this helps. Wishing her the best XX

That must be heartbreaking for you. I’m so glad it was successful in the end for you. I haven’t heard of those tests so I’ll definitely tell her - it could make all the difference. 🤞xx

I’ve really struggled with my lining and had 3 FET cancelled as a result of it being too thin, and in some cases breaking down. This time I’ve done a natural FET and had no medication and managed to get it to 7.4mm which is the best ever! Some women don’t respond to artificial estrogen so it’s worth looking into. The other things to try are raspberry leaf tea, walking every day, vitamin e, acupuncture and l’argini (sp?). I’ve been told to be careful with caster oil packs too close to transfer xx

Many thanks for replying. Where did you get the information on the caster oil packs? xx

A fertility nurse I’ve had some support from just said to be careful. They can be really beneficial in some instances / certain times of a cycle but you need to be careful not to disrupt the lining as well xx

Oh crikey I didn’t know that. How many days before transfer would you stop? xx

She told me not to use it in the build up to transfer as it’s the lining you’re building up for transfer so you don’t want to disrupt it. I have no idea if there is any evidence and I’m sure different people have different views I just didn’t want to risk another cycle being cancelled xx
