Progesterone - made a mistake now panicking !

Hi, I am slightly panicking - I am 2 weeks after a FET with PPT ( my clinic dont take bloods, just booked in for 8 week scan ) and have managed to make a mistake with the cyclogest pesseries progesterone and have been taking 400 mg only once a day and have just realized i should have been using twice a day , I am now panicking - i will ring the clinic in the morning as they are closed now , what an idiot ! I am not sure if i will be producing progesterone with donor egg treatment so just really worried , thanks xx

Try not to worry lovely. Start taking them twice a day and call the clinic xx
