If theres nothing wrong with your tubes and you're not falling pregnant then theres potentially a problem somewhere else. My tubes were fine but still suffered 6 years of infertility. We ended up having IVF. Hope you get some answers xx

I’ve had it done twice and didn’t get pregnant afterwards. To manage expectations here.........and I hope this won’t be disappointing but the test can ONLY tell you if the tube is blocked or not - sometimes the dye can unblock them if the blockage is small but it’s the exception rather than the norm. What the test CANT tell you is if the tube actually works and is able to push an egg through it to the uterus. There is no test for that nor is there any way of knowing I’d the tiny muscles inside the tube are damaged or repair them. Despite two HSG tests showing my tubes as clear and visual inspections during surgery saying my tubes looked healthy etc I still ultimately lost them both to ruptured ectopics x

Thank you so much for letting me know and I’m sorry to hear about that. I hope it’s happened for you but believing you’ll have your miracle baby. I was under the impression that once the test is done, you have a higher chance of conceiving. I have had my HSG done on the 11th day of my cycle and the dye went through just fine with no blockage and no pain. I literally felt nothing but pressure when the catheter went in. No pain during and afterward. Just a bit achy the next day for a few hours and then I was back to myself so hubby and I started work on our 🌈 👶 on day 13 of my cycle (TMI) and have been working at it every other day since then which was nearly 2 weeks ago so I’m just wondering when I need to be checking to see whether it’s happened for us this cycle. Keeping prayed up and hopeful

Hey hun. Omg yes now I must tell you please be relaxed . It’s a painful process that only lasts a minute or so but that die hurts. But it will let you know if your tubes are blocked. I had this same test and found both of my tubes are blocked. I just underwent IVF treatment in January. 3 rounds and finally pregnant. I’m 11 weeks with fraternal twins . Baby dust to you ❤️
