After a few months break we have decided to hop back on the rollercoaster and begin our second cycle.
Our first cycle was unsuccessful as my body produced and matured an egg whilst I was taking the meds to prep my womb. I had to have a couple of extra injections to stop the egg from being released but sadly our little embryo still didn’t implant and we got a BFN on OTD.
I started my Buserelin injections on Sunday and I was wondering if it’s still ok to exercise? I usually go running but I haven’t been since starting the meds again.
I’ve read so many negative things about running during IVF and so wondered what other alternatives I should try? I’ve done some gentle walks as we have a dog but is there anything else that’s safe to try to keep my mind occupied?

I started running again at the beginning of lock down but have stopped running since starting stimulations as I've read/heard that's not ideal. Instead I'm going for power walks - faster than normal walks, but so that I could still hold a conversation (I read you should do exercise so that you can still have a conversation whilst exercising)
You can definitely still exercise/run during down regulation as your body isn’t doing anything other than winding down and honestly it’s good for your mind as buserlin makes me a bit of a raging bitch 😂🙈
During stims or after transfer, stick to walking just to be on the safe side xx
