ICSI 2nd time and I am freaking out..

Hello ladies.. I had my 2nd 5day FET yesterday. When I had my last FET, there were absolutely no issues w.r.t endometrium, embryo quality etc. However for unknown reasons my transfer failed. Although I had no symptoms last time except for lower back ache, I still had hope. Fortunately/unfortunately after my 2nd embryo transfer yesterday I have the same back ache and I am freaking out. I don't want it to fail this time.. I am eating more greens and fruits this time.. can you all please suggest what else can be done at this stage to have a successful implantation.

Hi Frida. It may just be your womb settling down after manipulation. Just have a rest when you can . Thinking of you. Diane

Hi... Last time when I had fresh transfer I didn't even moved from bed for 2weeks but this time I'm not that much careful, it is FET this time and my doc asked to rest for transfer day and all activities from next day... But what I'm doing is taking short walk for 20mins two times morning and evening.... This time I have backpain just like first one but it eased with walking.... Currently no symptoms... Need to check on 20...but I suggest you is take short but very slow walks as often as possible that ease your pain...
