Extreme breast pain

I really need some advice and there's no better place to ask. I'm 13 weeks pregnant and since week 4 by breasts have been growing by the second taking me now to a whopping 36GG! The pain is insane, they feel so heavy. Due to lock down I've ordered endless bras online because nothing fits. In the evening when I take my bra off I want to cry because they are so painful. I've tried warm showers, cold compress, change of bras and pain killers most days, I've got to the point that I don't know what to do because they are so painful. Everyone I speak to says oh good luck they're only going to get bigger. I cant even touch them so the thought of breast feeding scares me. Any advice and help would be greatly appreciated

What about sports bras? I always find them comfy to wear. Obviously depends what you are wearing though! Call your doctor/midwife and see if they suggest anything xx

Wear a sports bra the whole time! I wore mine to bed only took it off to change it and a shower! They arnt bulky and the bar doesn’t stab you all day and the straps don’t annoy you! A good sports bra will be like a second skin and give you the support and help with the pains

I was the same, was painful even lying down but it eased by about 15 weeks so won't be forever X

Get yourself a few of the Calvin Klein crop top bras. That’s all I’ve worn since around 5 weeks for this exact same reason and they are well worth the money! So comfy xx

I agree with Kibo and Calvin klien have started doing a maternity version too. I’m not sure if this is a wild suggestion but might be worth a try. When I had mastitis after giving birth I was in agony and my midwife told me to put cabbage in the fridge and then when it was cold the leaves in my bra. I know it’s disgusting and honestly the smell is worse because they literally started to cook my boobs wete so sore but it did offer some relief. Worth a try I’d say though if your really uncomfortable xxx

I have been exactly the same! Painful boobs have been my biggest pregnancy symptoms and it’s every day. It worst when I take my bra off at the end of the day. I’m coming up to week 12 and the pain has eased a bit this but still there :-(
