Messed up my periods.

I was taking pregnacare but I feel they are messing with my periods and delaying them when I am normally 28 days regular so I have stopped taking them and started folic acid and vitamin d and calcium? Do I need to take anything else, I dont have the best diet but trying to eat more fruit and veg. I have kept my husband on the wellman ones in the hope it works this time. Thanks

I'm taking them too at first they messed mine too but soon went back to normal, I'm still taking them. I heard fish oil tablets helps too.

I don't know, I did and my are fine now there are other tablets out there too but I suppose they might do the same thing, have you had any other symptoms?
