ERA/Emma/Alice test

Hi Guys

I have spoken to my clinic after negative pregnancy test they’re sending out my protocol for the test cycle. Meant to start on day 1 taking meds, the nurse mentioned taking estrogen and Buserelin on the call. I have plenty of that left over from my last cycle and day 1 has started today before the protocol has arrived and before the official meds have arrived.

Has anyone had this and could tell me what meds they took? I’m going to try getting hold of the clinic in the morning, but it’s bank holiday 🙄

I did the ERA/Alice/Emma but I did a semi medicated cycle following my natural cycle. So I did progesterone injections & Pessaries and then a trigger shot that's all.

Whatever protocol you plan on using for your FET you should do exactly the same for the ERA...

Hopefully you have heard back from 5he clinic but for me I did my usual prep for a frozen transfer so started progynova to prep my lining on day 2, 8mg (4 tablets) and 1 patch changing every 48 hours. I dont usually down regulate so no buserelin for me. xx

They’ve got back to me I’m on Buserelin 0.5ml and Progynova 6mg daily, they’ve said I should get my protocol in the post on Monday/Tuesday. Using left over meds from my last cycle for now. I will have cyclogest too but just waiting for them to arrive. I’m not down regulating either this time by the looks of it because it’s usually Buserelin on its own for 10days for me on a regular cycle. Xx

Glad the clinic got back to you!! Yes cyclogest will be introduced once your lining is at the optimal point and exactly 120 hours before they do the biopsy. Good luck.xx
