Now I'm on

NO sugar,no soy, no white flour or white rice, no cheese, no milk, no ghee, no butter, no kale, no broccoli, and no inorganic diet

Feeling very lite after avoiding rice instead I'm having organic quinoa which I'm cooking half cup for lunch and half cup for dinner. 3 mushrooms, spinach, fresh tomatoes, mixed herbs tossed in olive oil with sesame seeds one everything gets cooked add cooked quinoa that'd all .... I replace quinoa with cracked bulgur wheat, couscous, millets, oats throughout whole week.... One or two days I'm having chicken fried rice dinner will be quinoa pasta, buckwheat pasta, whole wheat pasta with same veggies from lunch.... This diet is very very light on my stomach and with treadmill for an hour making my hormones very calm. Hope will loose some fat around my tummy please anyone share diet that helps in loosing weight and also controls hormones will be helpful thank you. This chia pudding with Berries, honey and Almond milk as evening snack making me go crazy it's awesome.... Never felt this positivity in my body... I'm away from stress due to ivf... Force shutdown made me spend some time with myself... I'm loving it!!!

Wow well done you, sounds like you're doing all the right things. Will make a great difference to your well being and positivity eating the right things.

Quinoa is a great substitute ๐Ÿ‘

I'm also loving being back on the health train, I've cut out sugar, and reduced carbohydrates and increased protein.

I listened to Zita West the other day, she said full fat milk and yoghurt is a good source of calcium ๐Ÿ‘

Keep going well done xx

Hi, could you tell me more about the milk and cheese? I still have it in my diet. Re broccoli and Kale, is that because you have hypothyroidism?

Because if you donโ€™t have hypothyroidism, these are good too.
