So I called my clinic about this and they said to use canesten to help clear this up. Just wondering if any of you girls has had this during your 2ww and which one did you buy? I’m sure she said to use the cream but I can’t remember 🙈 any advice would be grateful x

This is quite a common thing! Its ok to use canestan however if you want someone more natural then you can try natural yoghurt. If you are using cyclogest then you may find that switching to the back door helps. Sounds awful but its pretty easy and so much less mess. Hope it sorts itself out soon & good luck for OTD.xx
Thank you, when I called clinic they didn’t mention about changing to the back, as I would definitely prefer this. With the canesten do I use both the cream and tablet? Il defo try the yoghurt. Xx
Im sure you can do the pessary and/or cream just not the tablet. Honestly give the back a try, it really helps even if just whilst you have the irritation. It may even be that you're just allergic to the pessary residue so could clear up on its own.xx
Agree with Cinderella - 100% back door - so much easier, less mess, less worry about waste and no thrush! x
It would be canestan cream or the cheaper version of the same med is clomitrazole. The tablet is fluconazole x
I suffered from this and was advised from the clinic to use back way instead.
So much better xx
