First Appointment

We have our first appointment tomorrow with the consultant to discuss IVF. After trying for 7 years we managed a natural pregnancy in 2018 which resulted in a MC at 10 weeks. As my partner has 2 children we are going private so havent had much of a wait. Feeling nervous about tomorrow and hoping to get the ball rolling as soon as possible ❤

Hi. Thanks, it was awful at the time but have came to accept it now. We have an appointment for screening this week and another for a baseline scan, mock egg transfer and been offered endometrial scratch at the same time, not sure what to do yet tho, any experience? Feeling ok for now but will be nervous closer to the time x

Best advice is to keep in the moment, try to stay calm and focus on things u enjoy eg baking, walks, catch up with friends. I think the key is keeping busy. And I would also say don’t over research or over think things- it’s a total devil! X

Thanks Leesara. I'm going to try my best to chill. I work in healthcare so cant be that chilled at work. Easier said than done isnt it Haha xx
