Norethisterone withdrawal bleed... Still waiting....

Stopped my norethisterone Thursday. That was my final day of pills. Stopped antibiotics Friday following my ES and still no withdrawal bleed.

Guidance from the clinic says 2-5 days after stopping the tablets. My FF app says it should be today but still no show. Something tells me that I may be waiting some time....

So impatient as I just want to book in for my baseline scan so I can finally start stims. Antagonist this time thank God. Long protocol took an eternity in cycle 1. SOS!

Hi hunny I’m normally 3 days after I stop them, so fingers crossed not much longer for you now. I start my next lot on Tuesday, I hope you’re feeling ok as I hate down reg ☹️ so not looking forward to that. Good luck with your round 😘 x x

Thank you. No down reg for me this time. Doing antagonist. Straight onto fostimon, fyremadel and menopur. X

Hey lovely. Not got any experience with norethisterone, but all the waiting sounds frustrating so I hope it happens soon and you can get going xx

Hey I’m currently on my fourth time taking norethisterone and my AF has always come on day 5. Hopefully this helps and your period comes today or tomorrow 🤞🏼🤞🏼

Thanks all. Currently day 4 and still no show. I'm usually really good and respond well. Sooooo frustrating x

My body wouldn’t respond to Norethisterone at all. It took my period 16 days to arrive after the last pill.

Hope yours arrives soon, it drove me distracted 😩 x

Mines usually at least 6 days before I get a bleed after taking NET. Hopefully it will turn up soon!

Thank you. I'm starting to worry all the supplements (like dhea) have delayed it x

Day 5 and af has finally arrived. First time I've ever had proper period pain though plus light flow. Expected clotting after ES but at least its here! Baseline scan Thursday! 👐 🌈

Great news! Such a relief when you know you can move to the next stage. Good luck for your scan 🤞🏻

Thank you. I literally can't wait to get started and see how I respond to antagonist and different meds. Feel so much better when Im actually having loads of appointments and scans. Makes me feel I'm being productive about our situation x

Same here! I’ve really struggled with my FET this time because it seems so hands off compared to fresh cycles! 12 days between baseline scan and my scan this morning to confirm i could switch over to progesterone ready for transfer in 5 days, was going crazy not knowing whether meds were working not having had a a scan for nearly 2 weeks!

OMG I'd go crazy too. No idea how long I'm on this antagonist cycle thing. They've estimated ec week commencing 21st Oct so I'm guessing ages yet.

So around 10 days of stims before trigger that sounds like? Pretty much the same as long protocol stims bit. Are you having different meds or doses for stims this time? Hope the injections are ok. I’m suddenly a bit apprehensive about starting mine tomorrow when last time I didn’t bat an eyelid lol, weird how each round makes you feel so different !

The clinic seem to think I'll start tomorrow if my baseline scan shows my lining is thin enough. First cycle was long protocol with bemfola and supercur. This cycle, no down reg and I've got to go on lubion, fyremadel, fostimon and menopur.

Lubion 25mg

Fyremadel 0.5 ml syringe

Fostimon 150iu and

Menopur 600iu

Literally no idea what this entails or if this is mild/strong.

Worst thing of all I think I'm coming down with the flu this afternoon. All my joints are aching and headaches. I literally never get ill. Not sure if this is after stopping norethisterone and my antibiotics after EC. I'm scared they'll cancel my cycle if they realise I'm ill or if it would affect how I respond to meds or impair egg quality. Soda law I've been taking supplements for months!

Hello

I’m usually on antagonist protocol too. I have used menopur and cetrotide in my past 2 rounds. I take it you aren’t injecting 600iu of menopur that’s just the vial size?

Fingers crossed you aren’t becoming ill. Take lots of fluids and rest up!

Literally no idea. Never done menopur before x
