As you know I got a bfn yesterday and today AF is in full swing but much worse than normal. I have endo so mine are usually bad anyway but this is horrendous. Making me feel so dizzy and nauseous.
Anyone else’s AF been much worse after a bfn? 😢 x

Sorry to hear about your BFN I’m same today but AF not arrived just yet. For the last 2 try’s I was the same after BFN period has been awful also suffer endo.
Oh that’s horrible not tmi dong worry. It’s exhausting isn’t it. Hot water bottle, bath, peppermint tea (I find good!) and just rest your body will be drained.
Agree this journey is unfair but we must try and keep faith xx
I have been bent over in pain all morning thinking why am i being punished twice. 1st the BFN and now the cramps. Mine are usually bad anyway. Probably doesnt help i ate my weight in chocolate yesterday. Im all about the drugs, hot drinks, hot water bottle and moping today. Hope your pain shifts quickly 🙏❤
Sucks doesn’t it. Yes mine are usually bad but this is another level. The clinic have told me to get my iron checked as I’m looking so much it’s making me dizzy 😩
Thanks hun, I hope yours does too. Was this your first fresh cycle? Xx
Hi guys, talk about kick you when you’re down eh. I’m also going through the post BFN bleed right now. This is my 2nd BFN and each time has been a LOT more painful than usual, normally I get a few very manageable cramps. 1st time around I was camped out on the sofa clutching a hot water bottle. This time around it’s more hitting the pain killers and killing time with crap tv. But each time it’s wiped me out physically for about 24hrs. Grim. You’re clearly not alone in this horrible situation, I’m sorry all of us are having to endure this, it sucks. Xx
Horrible isn’t it. I haven’t got out of bed today 😩 eaten junk food. Tomorrow I aim to get back on track 😂 let’s hope this is the last bleed after a BFN we have to go through ❤️ Hope you feel better soon xx
