I'm heading to the hospital soon for my 4th transfer. Previously had 2 fresh transfers which didn't work and 1 frozen which did work but I miscarried around 7wks. Hoping this is 4th time lucky!
Just wondered if anyone has any tips for after transfer and for surviving 2wk wait?
My job is quite stressful so I've taken the rest of the week off. Hoping to relax and watch some boxsets. Always find it a bit of a balancing act between staying active for good circulation and not overdoing it. I normally love doing yoga and salsa dancing but on my last transfer the nurses advised against any exercise (apart from gentle walks) during 2wk wait in case it affected our chances.
Any tips appreciated! Wishing everyone well especially those in 2wk wait or awaiting transfer x
