I know there is a test for NK cells that might be worth looking at?
Hi,
I also had 3 bfn’s with good graded blastocysts. I had the natural killer cells biopsies done and also tests for sticky blood. Everything came back normal.
Thankfully my clinic allowed me to try a low dose of prednisolone and progesterone injections for my last frostie. I got my first ever bfp 3 weeks ago. I’ve got my viability scan today. Xx
Oh really ? Maybe i should speak with my clinic to see weather i can run some tests etc!!! Big congrats to you have 2 still frozen plus another round so I’m trying to keep positive and also thinking of having the 2 put back next time x x
I would second giving the steriods a go. You could be having just really bad luck but I had 4 BFNs with good quality embryos and got 2 positives after that. We did lose them but it would appear my progesterone levels arent high enough and a different issue. Im having lubion injections added to my protocol next time and the clinic are going to check my levels on transfer day. Those are the two things I would suggest looking at. Even if you dont test for NK cells the clinic may allow you to try steriods (prednisolone) anyway.xx
