Hello there, alongside my endometriosis, my husband has motility issues with his sperm. Although it's not severe, it certainly contributes towards our issues of conceiving.
Can anyone recommend male supplements, we were recommended Fertlilix, but it's £80 per month! Just wanted to know everyone else's recommendations first other than exercise and a nutritional diet 😁

We were advised by our clinic for hubby to take well man for couples trying to conceive plus extra zinc, we buy the well man and well woman double pack. X
We were advised to take well man for conception. You can get a couples pack which works out cheaper than buying his and yours separately (if you’re taking them that is) xx
For my general well being I take Wellman's multivitamin tablets and vitamin D. Healthy active lifestyle is important. I read eating nuts ( walnut, Brazil nut) is good along with lot of fruits, drink water, avoid processed food and regularly follow it. We haven't succeeded yet.
I got my husband proceive after a lengthy google search looking at what is contained in what strength/quantity in the supplements. Its pricey too but think it is good. Not sure i came across fertilix. Be sure to look at contents and strengths of each to get best value for money. A decent supplement will be pricey no doubt but you getting quantities/doses that might have a chance of making a difference. Loose boxers and no hot baths.
Hey my husband took proxceed to improve motility. It worked amazingly, you need to give it about 3 months and it comes in sachet format they mix with water and take twice a day. He was tested again 3 months later and the improvements were great. It was about £30 a box so perhaps £60 a month but was worth it.
Hi Refocus, that sounds really interesting - who said that? We’re up against some high DNA fragmentation, and I’m trying to decide which of proceed, Condensyl, fertility max is better - what’s begins the combo advice? Thanks so much and fingers crossed for you xxx
It was a urologist that told my husband to do it but no idea why alternate days! Although I do remember him saying something about being cautious not to give him too much.
