Oh babes it’s bad enough getting the BFN and then the physical pains, mine was so bad I was sick and thought I was going to have to go to hospital, it’s because the drugs have increased your lining so much and now it is all shedding, I don’t get period either, you’ll get through it but it’s horrid. Sending love xx

Oh no, I’m so sorry it was a BFN and to top it off you’re now in loads of pain. This process is so cruel and unforgiving. Sending hugs xx

Really sorry for the BFN and the pains .. do take some painkillers and have as much rest and loads of fluids as you can .. I’m currently having some warm soup and had it yesterday too after my bleeding started ..that and hot chocolate is helping .. I had a bit of cramping pain yesterday ( and I never really get cramps with my period ) but it went away just as fast thankfully .. all the best and do take care of yourself ❤️❤️

Sorry to read about your BFN. Make sure you rest up & take paracetamol for the pain. A hot water bottle may help with the cramps too. & drink plenty of fluids. 💐

Sorry to hear you had a BFP and ate now suffering pain to make it worse. All the meds you’ve been on essentially create you a fake cycle so your period will essentially be ending that cycle by shedding your lining. If you don’t normally have periods them I’m guessing your lining won’t usually build up to the point where it needs to shed. I hope it doesn’t last too long and you feel better soon x

Thank you I’m hoping it eases today but I have been in agony with the pain x

You should definitely have a bleed as the meds built up an extra thick lining which you now need to shed. I’m sorry it’s painful. I find ibuprofen and exercise work well to combat period pains- and a hot water bottle but maybe not in this weather!
