Trying (but failing miserably) not to stress out because this was kind of expected but my mind is going into over drive.
On my ERA I asked for Progesterone bloods to be done and it was 15.3 so the plan was to stay on Utrogestan 400mg x2 daily and the day after transfer increase the Utrogestan pessaries to 400mg x3 daily. This was because the Receptivity was "perfect" so they didn't want to alter any medication before hand to not change the Receptivity results.
After my transfer yesterday my Progesterone is 15.7 so they have said to continue with increasing the Utrogestan 400mg x3 day and also add in Cyclogest 400mg x1 day.
So I am doubling the progesterone I have been on and will go back on Tuesday 10th for more bloods to see if it has come up. But I can't help thinking negative with it being half on what it should be.
Has anyone had similar progesterone levels at this stage and gone on to have a successful transfer?
Thanks in advance!

Thank you for your reply! Did they up it with more pessaries or an injection? They wouldn't up mine on the day of Transfer because of the ERA results so I'm hoping increasing the next day will still be enough. Xxx
I had low progesterone on transfer and I was on 3 x Cyclogest and 1 x Lubion. We doubled to 3 x Cyclogest and 2 x Lubion and it hit >115 on day 2 after transfer. If it’s still low it might be worth asking for progesterone injections in case your body isn’t absorbing the pessaries very well. I also found lying down for 20 mins after taking pessaries helpful in as much as less leakage. Good luck I wish you much success x
I have asked about the injections and they are really reluctant on given them. When I mention them, they tell me there is no soild evidence that they work any better. I have googled it as well and it does say that the route isn't the important thing the dose is. So I am hoping by doubling my dose this will be enough and in enough time. Can I ask what doses of the Cyclogest and Lubion you was on because the thing I am worried about is, if my levels are still too low when I go back on Tuesday for bloods I am going to be not taking no for an answer for the injections. However, yesterday the nurse said being on my dose which is 1600mg / 1.6g of Progesterone daily is the max amount. Im not aure if she meant just for pessaries / suppositories or if she meant in total. Thank you for your reply and kind wishes!!
I had my progesterone levels checked on my second (frozen) transfer as my period came early after my first (fresh) transfer. As suspected I wasn’t absorbing enough progesterone via pessary so I added in a daily injection.
It worked! I’m currently 34+2 so upping the amount did the trick. I’ve everything crossed for you - good luck! xx
That's amazing news, congratulations! Not long now until you meet your little one, how exciting!! Can I ask what point did you add in the injection? I am just worried that by Tuesday it will be 4DPT so implantation should have taken place by then. Thanks also for replying and your well wishes xx
