Coq10?

I started taking coq10 300-600mg a day about 2 wks ago but I’ve started my period a week early, and been spotting since day 10.

My cycle is normally regular every 28-30 days , I’m only on day 22.... is this because of the coq10???

Oh really? I just read Luisa sideman’s maybe baby and she said she took 900mg so I normally take 1 or 2 tabs of 300mg . I know she’s not a dr but I’m sure I’ve read 300-600mg is recommended.

Hey I had 600mg daily no issues for me . I think CoQ is part of vitamin B and may not alter the cycles . Tc
