Keeping progesterone pessaries cool

Any advice on how to keep the cyclogest pessaries cool? We will be travelling around warm countries and won't have a fridge all the time and they are not supposed to be above 25C (I suspect they melt). I was thinking about getting a really well insulated coffee mug and top it up with a bit of ice when possible. And other ideas? Thank you

I took mine to Athens and didnt even think to put them in the fridge🙈, we did have air con but wasnt on all the time.....mine didnt melt!! Your coffee cup sounds like a good idea!xx

Thanks so much! Yeah, maybe my imagination is running a bit wild there, I thought they will melt at body temperature Good to hear they do not!

I think if they were in the direct sunlight then perhaps they would go soft or melt. I can confirm it was hot in Athens but just left mine in the bathroom and they were fine. Enjoy your travels.xx

I wish I had thought of that before I took mine to Glastonbury festival!! I had to do mine each evening so carried it round in my bag all day in the boiling heat and it did melt. I had one very messy try at putting it in (sorry for the horrid picture that has given you, in the horrific long drop toilets too!)

So the metal cup with ice sounds like a great idea.
