Feeling cold and tired day 2 of transfer

Hi All, i am 2 days post transfers and I have been feeling very cold and tired, i heard that the lower abdomen is meant to be warm. I started on cyclogest yesterday. I am not sure if this is good or bad. I am on a lot of progesterone as well which i thought was meant to make you feel hot. Just a bit confused. 🤔🤔 thank you xx

its really easy to read into every single symptom after an embryo transfer, but you just need to distract yourself with literally anything else and be patient! every "symptom" you're having right now is due to the meds that you're on so just ride the tide. all will be clear in just 10 days or so. i recommend doing some light exercise, immerse yourself in work, read a book and go out for a nice lunch or dinner. remember, you won't be feeling pregnancy symptoms for at least another 3 weeks! good luck!

Hey thank you so much,yep im back at work, i have been active going for walks for an hour and doing my house work. 👍🏽
