Acupuncture before or after FET?

Final question for today ❤️

I have been religiously doing acupuncture once a week. Next week is my FET, should I do it straight before or straight after the procedure?

My acupuncturist has a specific pre and post transfer treatment. I went for a session straight from the transfer at the clinic. It’s worth asking yours if they have something similar x

I didn’t have the pre transfer as I couldn’t get time off work but for the post transfer, the needles were in different places, she said it was about binding the embryo. Also she didn’t use the heating pad on my womb after transfer x

I did pre and post transfer and did get a successful bfp... not sure if it helped or not but I was very calm on the day so who knows 🤔good luck xx
