FET medications and feeling exhausted

Hello lovely ladies. I’m on day 9 of my first FET cycle. I’m feeling really lethargic and exhausted at the moment. I kept falling asleep yesterday. I have had a really busy week at work so it may be partly that too. I’m on Progynova and buserelin nose spray at the moment and have my monitoring scan on Wednesday this week. Any advice would be really appreciated. Also is there anything I can do to support my lining getting thicker? xxx

Hey Kat oh sounds so rough. We all react differently but yep I remember the tiredness indeed. Unsure now what helped just taking it easy when could. Shouldn’t be too much longer. Does work know would they adapt just to help u get through this last bit? Know I had to take a few long weekends at times and time off sick every so often just to help get through. Maybe see if lil time off may help u. Know it tough with such a busy job and then meds on top.

Can’t remember what helps liming now but am sure another lovely person can advice 👍👍☺️☺️

Hope u ok and best wishes with ur scan on Wednesday. Hopefully all is progressing well🤞🤞xx

Hi ya, thanks for your message. 😘How are you? Made me feel so much better to hear it’s all part and parcel of the meds. I feel like I have a really awful hangover! Been tidying the house this morning and it took all my will power to do it!

My hubby has been brill and went out to get the shopping and made me lunch so I could relax which was lovely. He came back from shopping and I burst into tears when he got back. Just felt really down for no reason in particular! The joys of hormones?!

Thanks for your kind wishes for my scan on Wednesday. I’m at work tomorrow and Tuesday but have then got some time off, thank goodness!

Thanks again and chat soon. xxx

Hello, thank you for your message. 😊Sorry to hear you have been feeling exhausted too, poor you. Hope you feel better very soon. Wishing you lots of luck for your scan on Thursday. We are almost there! 💪 🤞xxx

Hi Kat,

The side effects of medication can very tough. For me the hardest is when you add progesterone. Feeling the exhaustion and nausea all the time is not easy, but we know it's for a good cause! ;)

Good luck! ;)
