Lining issues

Got my first scan today after starting meds and my lining is 3.5mm 😭

Any advice, tips on what or how I can improve my lining please?

What meds are you on so far and how long? My clinic had me on Progynova and HRT patches and increased my dosage. I also took vit E 800mg, L'arginine, Vit D, Coq10, aspirin 75 and also took DHEA for my two last FETs. You can try gentle exercise like walking and yoga fertility....lying will your legs up against a wall. It's super frustrating but things can change! Good luck.xx

I am on under fresh cycle

Doing supercure and 300 meriofert

If I do start to take aspirin will work?

My egg collection is booked for next week but is not look to good so far

Have 9 eggs under 16 mm and 3.5 lining..😩

Ahhh I thought you were just prepping your lining. Aspirin is to help blood flow to the uterus, ask your clinic.....always worth an ask! Your lining should increase alongside your follicles. Fingers crossed for you!xx

Hi Frussy.. There's still time to build your lining up and increase follicle sizes, so try not to worry. If they think it is necessary, then they will just keep you on your injections a little longer.If you are thinking of taking low dose aspirin, do mention it to your clinic, as they need to know all medications you are on.
