BPN feel so low
Got the call today am trying to hold it together until I get home so I can collapse
Feel so broken and numb
Been having this tension headache for a few days can't shake it off
Can't face reality am a nurse and feel I have lost all compassion and care at the mo
I know this will pass but now it's so raw
So sorry that it wasn’t your time this time round I hope you find the strength to carry on maybe just take some you time give your body a rest and try again lots of love for you xxxx

I'm so sorry! It's so hard getting a BFN, take some time to grieve and gather your strength. Do whatever you need to do to feel a little but better, eat, cry, drink....plan a treat for yourself for when you're feeling a bit better. Hugs.xx

I’m sorry to hear this, I’ll never forget the feeling of my ivf failing, it was horrendous, I felt so low and you felt like I couldn’t lick myself up, as the weeks went on each day I began to feel better and stronger. Just take one day at a time xx
