Hi ladies, as per my previous post I am responding less than expected to both menopur and Gonal f. With great fsh and amh RE placed me in low dose stim, now dosage have increased but not in the way we hoped. I am 34 and been ttc for years now. Similar experience that ended well?

i too was placed on the lowest possible doses of all of my stim meds because the doctor thought that my age (32) and AMH didn't require high levels of hormones. Those follies grew SO SLOWLY and i was SO SURE that they just wouldn't get big enough. Even 3 days before my retrieval, i only had 1 folly that was actually a good size. It was a "dominant follicle" and they really don't like to see that because it means that the others likely won't catch up. Well guess what! They caught up and I had 24 freakin eggs retrieved !! only 12 were actually mature, but ivf worked and i'm currently preggers. So yeah, those last few days before the retrieval are key. Drink plenty of water and stick to your stim regimen. good luck!
