Follicle Growth - Advice?

So y'days day 7 scan - 6 maybe 7 follicles which nurse said was good improvement on baseline (struggled to find 2), but that they were still very small!! She was encouraged the Gonal F was stim them though and said I might just take longer to stim!! Cancelled Wed scan and back Fri instead!! I'm such a worrier tho....how many days can you stimm for?! Any advice on encouraging follicle growth ladies? 🙏 xx

Hello, try not to worry you're in the best possible hands - I found acupuncture helped me with getting more follicles. Good luck and try to relax x

Thank u for replying!! I've been getn acupuncture but my next app'mnt isn't until straight after Fri's scan!! 😏

I was told to drink 2-3L of water a day and as much milk as possible as is apparently really good for folicle development! Never had to pee so much in my life though! 😬

Good luck with the stims I did 12 days of Gonal F and had 8 folicles xx

Doing the water one!! Like u tho my bladder doesn't know how to cope with it!! 🙈 Didn't know about milk....I'll start that today!! Thank you!! x

Yes I also heard about milk my husband read up on it and told me to drink at least 1 litre every day!!

I'm with you Leo. I had my day 7 scan yesterday and I have 9 follicles but she said they were small. I need them to grow by tomorrow's scan.

Yesterday I put a warm hot water bottle on my belly to help.

It's so hard not to be anxious isn't it!! On one hand delighted she's found some on the other now desp for them to grow!!

I was due to have scan 2moro but we have a 3 & a half hour drive to clinic so as I'm stimm slowly told to hold off until Fri app'mnt!!

Water, someone said eat lots of protein? & ive heard the hot water bottle one as well...I'll get on to that!!
