Cas2 do you mind me asking which one you took please ? I'm considering it as my second cycle has nearly been abadoned again but I'm going to egg collection with only one big follicle x

Not at all. I took 25mg 3 times per day. I also took Melatonin 3mg before bed, Ubiquinol, Vit B, D and E, Omega 3 and L'argenine. It seems a lot. I only took Vit E and L'argenine during the IVF cycle tho. You can buy from biovea.com, which is a really reputable source. So frustrating that your second cycle has nearly been abandoned, hope it works out xxx

I've continued to take Q10 during cycles so next time I might stop that , clinic haven't really said much about vitamins. Thanks again x

Ubiquinol is same as q10 but is more absorbable apparently. One thing about the vits, haven’t had a cold in over 2 years 👌😂👍

Thank you. Did u have to be on it a year before you conceived. Did you just buy it locally at a herbal place.

Can I ask do you have any gyne issues or was it just low AMH levels. Thanks. Xx

Well nothing happened til I hit the 12 month mark then I conceived twice 3 months apart. Strange! I’m not aware of other issues than low amh but we have done 5 full rounds of ivf and it hasn’t worked!

I will message you about the dhea xx

I’ve took dhea before my last pregnancy but mc again. Conceived naturally in 3 mths but not sure what my AMH levels are but I was 38 and have had 3 mc now.

Sorry to hear about your mc. I mc last June and havent been able to conceive since. I had an ectopic but they tested my AMH levels and they said it was very low. Too low for ivf. Hence why hoping these supplements could help conceive naturally.

Are you seeing a specialist could there be a reason why u keep MC.

Fingers crossed for u. Xx

Thanks for replying to my post.

We have seen a fertility dr as were booked in as I had a abnormal progesterone test after my 1st mc but I just think they did the test too late in my cycle. We used the app for reoccurring mc as by then we’d mc 3 times had all the tests done and nothing was found other than age I’m 39 now. I wished they had run other tests as now what if my AMH is low or anything else.

Dhea well can’t say it helped I was taking all the supplements I’d read helped for egg health ubiquinol pqq zinc royal jelly and was taking maca omega 3 fish oil, vits c&d folic acid and a prenatal or pregnancy multi althought we conceived a mth faster than before was it the supplements?

Now I’m just taking Maca pregnancy multi extra zinc vit d and folic acid royal jelly. I feel I’ve run out of options so just doing whatever. I’d try the dhea ubiquinol pqq see if it makes any difference lots of people on hear had positive outcomes you might too. X

I watched on you tube a fertility clinic called centre for human reproduction newyork explains about dhea also lots of other vids too good luck x

Hi there, I’m in a similar situation. 36, very low Amh and very high fsh. Conceived very quickly (1st month trying) but miscarriage at 9 weeks. Took so long to even get my period back but I’ve been taking all the supplements like dhea and uubiquinol for 5 months now. Problem is, where I used to be regular and show clear signs of ovulation before the miscarriage, I’ve had 2 periods since and not picked up a surge on any opks or had any clear signs of ovulation. I think we’re just gonna try to continue having sex every other day and just pray for a little miracle. The accupuncturist I see has said my hormones are still out of whack! And I’m trying everything including aromatherapy oils and homeopathic to balance them out! Think I just need a holiday!
