no Ovulation after IvF, can IvF cause cyst ?

Hi everyone, I went through IvF cycle in February unfortunately it didn’t work I got my periods in March 10 days after embryo transfer after that I never get my periods till today it’s day53 today, did blood tests and found out not ovulated today I got call and doc suspect possible cyst, I never had missed periods or not cyst as doc did ultrasound many times before and during IVF so I am sure what ever mess is going on is after IVF l. can IvF creates cyst in overy if yes which kind of cyst it will be ?

This happened to me my first cycle after a freeze all cycle.... I had a bleed a week after egg collection and then my next period took about 55/60 days-not sure exactly, but I didn't ovulate and didn't even have a dominant follicle on my ultrasounds. I ovulated the cycle after and had a FET and got pregnant so my cycle went back to normal after.... I was really worried that it had messed things up but I think my body was just recovering from the extra hormones etc xxxxx

Ohh it’s great you were having frozen embryos, but in my case I was not having any embryo which can be freez so for another cycle I need egg which is not the case right now and after all this, I am bit scared for my next IvF cycle.

I don’t know 🤷🏻‍♀️ it’s terrible feeling.

Yes I had this following a cycle. I had 50/60 day menstrual cycles it was vety frustrating. I did some research and there is lots of advice about helping the body flush out cycsts naturally, the best being, I thought, using a caster oil pack. It's an old folk remedy for anything period related, but it got my body right back on track. Look it up. Good luck x

Ohh I can try this caster oil pack, looks harmless I will going for my ultrasound next week and I will be having confirmation about it, praying that all get back to normal I don’t want any new bad surprise.

Can you advise me place where exactly I have to put that pack besides belly button?

Yea it's harmless, natural and very relaxing, so I say give it a go! I bought everything on amazon but you can get caster oil lots of places. Put the hot water bottle over your womb, relax for 20-30 mins. It might need more than one week, but maybe it will work that fast, worth a try. Fingers crossed x
