No second period after failed IVF cycle

Hello everyone, I need a little advice about periods after a failed IVF cycle. My period arrived 7 days after my failed cycle but the next month, absolutely nothing. I am now 8 days over due and no sign. Is this normal? The clinic did not warn me this would happen and I’m now panicking the drugs have sent me into an early menopause. I never miss a period. Has anyone else had this issue? Thank you

So I didn't get my second period - but we had continued trying after my failed transfer.....and was pregnant naturally....presume there is no chance of that?

I doubt it. I’ve done a test and it’s negative and there are no other signs. 😞

Hey hun, mine was super late after my failed cycle I think it between 1-2 weeks overdue? I felt the same as you though, I eventually found some research that said it was perfectly normal while your body readjusts, hope you’re doing okay xx

So how long it took for your period to arrive? I did IVF freeze all and got bleeding 5 days after egg retrieval (march), but now waiting for my natural period and is 5,6 days late. Nurse told me to just wait and let her know when it arrives. I should be starting FET so waiting anxiously. This fertility journey is never straight forward
