Help Required - Progynova for FET!

Hi all, I joined this forum not that long ago because I was feeling incredibly isolated and I’ve got to say that all your posts have made me feel a lot better already - thank you!

As my title suggests, I have begun to get ready for our second Frozen Blastocyst transfer and I started taking the progynova tablets yesterday when my period started. However, today my period has stopped! My period is ALWAYS heavier on the second day. Yesterday seemed normal but today there is nothing. Has anyone any clue as to why this is happening or been in similar situation? This didn’t happen with my last FET.

That's a strange one! Surely just one day on Progynova can't have stopped your period. Have you phoned your clinic to see what they think? It's annoying because you obviously want the old lining to shed totally before you start to thicken the new one! What dose of Progynova are you taking?

I know! I’m panicking a little as I know I need to have a bleed to get rid of the old lining. I’m on 4x tablets a day - 2 in the morning and 2 at night. I’ve had a little brown discharge today when I wipe - but that’s it 🤯😔

It’s happened to me before (not on Progynova) and a day later it restarted. X

Hi thanks for your reply. I’m worried in case I should stop taking the progynova in order to let my body have a bleed?! This road is never straight forward! 🥺 xxxx
